The document defines the rules and procedure of settlements applicable on the site rust-club.com, the order of replenishment / crediting and debiting / withholding funds from the personal account of the user (player) in order to pay for game values provided by the opportunities of rust-club.com, and the conditions of return of unused funds to the user (player).

Rust-club.com acts as a direct recipient of funds and does not provide services for making payments to third parties through our payment services and does not use the services of agents of third parties to receive funds; payment for game values is made through online stores of the site rust-club.com, the list of which is posted on the page of payment support https://rust-club.com/ru/payment-support. Payment in any other way, through other payment systems and / or payment agents, not specified on the page https://rust-club.com/ru/payment-support, is not considered proper, and does not entail any obligations from the service rust-club.com.

Purchase of game values is made by debiting the personal account of the user (player), authorized in one of the online stores of the site rust-club.com under his Steam account;
The payment procedure is established for users (players) from the territory of the Russian Federation, CIS countries, Ukraine, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Estonia, United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States.
Authorizing in one of the online stores resource rust-club.com under his Steam account, the user (player) accepts/understands and fully agrees with the rules and the order of calculations set out in this document.

1. Terms

1.1 Game Values (Goods) - a list of game opportunities, privileges, premiums, premets, game functions and rights, located in one of the stores rust-club.com, which the player acquires for a fee. Provision of game values is considered to be fulfilled at the moment of activation/receipt/display of the game value (opportunities/achievements/items) from the player while in the game, unless otherwise follows from the description of the game value, located in the feed of the online store rust-club.com.
Game Values have no physical expression and cannot be presented in material form, except for being in the game as part of the gameplay. Game values can be offered by our site on the terms of pre-purchase in case it is provided by the description of the game value published in the online store of the service rust-club.com.
1.2 Premium period received for a fee - items, sets of items, opportunities, privileges and commands, provided in the form of the possibility of their use in the game during the period designated at the time of purchase. The Premium Period is activated automatically for the validity period when the user confirms the purchase or clicks another button with a similar meaning in the game interface or in one of the online stores rust-club.com. The obligation to provide a premium period is considered to be fulfilled by the rust-club.com service at the moment of activation of the premium period corresponding to the description stated in one of the online stores rust-club.com available for review at the time of purchase. At the same time, the rust-club.com service may replace items, item sets, features, privileges and commands of the premium type due to game updates or updates of the purchased premium type. The calculation of the premium period begins when the user successfully completes payment in full for the premium period selected by the user and activates it in the game. The user can cancel the auto-renewal of the premium at any time, but the cancellation will be valid only for the next period. The funds paid for the current premium at the time of canceling the auto-renewal are non-refundable, but its use is possible until the end of the stipulated period of validity.
1.3 Items received for a fee - game items, game values, opportunities and achievements in the game or related sets of game items and other game opportunities (set/package/set of game items). The rights to the items are considered to be fulfilled by the rust-club.com service at the moment of delivery of the item (game item, game value, opportunity or achievement in the game) corresponding to the description stated in one of the online stores rust-club.com, available for review at the time of purchase. At the same time, rust-club.com service may replace the components of the set with similar items due to game updates or updates of the purchased item in one of our online stores.
1.4 A gift code (also possibly “Gift Certificate”) is a unique set of digits (or digits and symbols), the activation of which gives Users the opportunity to replenish their personal account. Gift codes are available in electronic form only. The denominations of gift codes, as well as their functionality, are reflected in the terms and conditions stated by rust-club.com at the time of purchase.
1.5. Bonuses are funds that the service rust-club.com accrues to the personal account of the user, authorized under his Steam account in one of the online stores rust-club.com under the conditions stated on the site rust-club.com. The user can use bonuses when paying for game values according to the order of settlement. Bonuses from the service rust-club.com are provided with a limited period of validity, the user can familiarize himself with the period of validity at the time of receipt / purchase bonus. After the expiration of the validity period, activation/application of the bonus is impossible. The user who has received the bonus must activate it within the period of validity declared at the moment of receiving the bonus.
1.6 Gift - Gift certificate/code/premium/premium/premium item/bonus and other game values and privileges, which the user/player acquires/receives on the service rust-club.com on a gratuitous basis (gift). Gifts from the service rust-club.com are provided with a limited period of validity, the user can familiarize himself with the period of validity at the time of receipt / acquisition. 2. General terms and conditions

2.1 Rust-club.com reserves the right to:
change the content of game values;
change the amount of remuneration, rates, prices, methods and procedure of payment for game values;
to stop distribution of game values;
change the order of settlements;
determine the term (period) of validity of game values, the order, size and volume of their provision;

2.2 Information on the value of game values is available prior to the purchase. The sale price on the rust-club.com website includes all applicable taxes, if any, stipulated by the legislation of the territory in relation to the rights, and fees for any services of rust-club.com.
If after the purchase the value of the rights has changed upwards, the user is not obliged to pay the difference of the previously paid purchase; if after the purchase the value of the rights has changed downwards, the user is not entitled to claim compensation for the previously made purchase, and rust-club.com service is not obliged to pay or otherwise compensate the user for the difference in value.
Rust-club.com has the right at its own discretion to reduce the cost (price) of game values, including in the framework of incentive activities (promotions), and the price reduction may not be applicable to all game values. Game values, the price of which is reduced or a personalized reduced price is set, is not subject to price reduction for a set of game values, if such game values are included in any set or type of premium.
2.3 The moment of provision of game values to the user is the moment of displaying game values in the game, which occurs simultaneously with the moment of debiting the personal account after completing the purchase, unless otherwise follows from the description of the goods published in one of the online stores of the service rust-club.com.
If the Internet connection or any other technical errors/difficulties caused a delay in providing the game value and such delay will last more than 60 minutes, the user must contact the support service of the rust-club.com service on the payment support page: https://rust-club.com/ru/payment-support and describe the problem.
2.4 The period of use of the game value with a limited term/period of validity begins, lasts and ends regardless of the presence (location) of the user in the game, unless otherwise directly provided by the description of such game value or specified in the order of calculation. The fact that the user did not take part in the game process, did not use the game value, the game interface, is not a basis for extending the period of granting the game value and/or for compensation of any nature.

3. Conditions for replenishment and debiting of the personal account

3.1 To pay for game values, the user must replenish his personal account in one of the online stores rust-club.com, pre-logged in under his Steam account, unless otherwise established by the technical side of the online store. The list of payment methods, including the list of payment systems/payment agents authorized by rust-club.com to accept payments, as well as other methods (e.g. bonuses), are listed in the document “payment procedure” on the website rust-club.com.
The payment system or payment agent may charge commissions for currency exchange or transfer of funds to rust-club.com. Such commissions are charged by the payment system or agent to the user and are levied on the amount that the user provides to them for payment. The user shall familiarize himself with the exchange rates, commissions and payment terms of the respective payment system or agent before depositing funds and making payment.
3.2 The personal account can be replenished in one of the options of national currencies offered in the online stores of rust-club.com. Prices for the respective game values are set and specified in the national currencies offered in the online stores of rust-club.com.
If the user replenishes the account in a currency other than the currency offered in the selected online store rust-club.com, the payment system (payment agent) performs currency exchange at the rate of such payment system (payment agent), and the user's personal account will be replenished in one of the options of national currencies offered in online stores rust-club.com according to the calculation of such payment system / payment agent.

3.3.2. https://eu.rust-club.store/ online store, which is meant for accepting payments and selling game values for players from European countries;
3.3.3. https://us.rust-club.store/ online store, implied for the acceptance of payments and sale of game values for players from the USA;
3.4. The User will not be able to buy game values if there are insufficient funds on his personal account. Partial and/or past due payments and/or deferred payments are not available unless otherwise specified in the “settlement procedure” document.
3.5 The user independently monitors the state of his/her personal account: the balance necessary for payment of game values, commissions and payments, which third parties withhold when replenishing the personal account.
3.6 The User shall bear all costs of the Internet connection, personal computer and relevant equipment for communication with the rust-club.com service.

4. Refund

4.1 The User is entitled to a refund (compensation) of unused funds on his personal account only in the online stores provided by the service rust-club.com, specified in paragraphs 3.3.1, 3.3.2, 3.3.3. The refund is also carried out in the case of failure to provide game values through the fault of the service rust-club.com.

4.2 The refund is not subject to:
4.2.1. the cost of game values after their activation and / or after the fulfillment of the obligation to provide them to the user;
4.2.2. the cost of game values after the suspension / withdrawal of game values due to violation of the agreement on the use of the service rust-club.com and other legal documents;
4.2.3. Bonuses, gifts, awards, prizes, premium periods, amounts of replenishment of personal account for promotional purposes, compensation, etc., including those accrued when the user activates codes/bonuses/gifts, other codes, etc., received from other users;
4.2.4 Accruals of used/unactivated bonus codes;
4.2.5. Funds on the personal account, if the user has terminated the agreement for the use of the service rust-club.com or any license agreement due to the user's violation of the terms of such agreements.

5. Conditions of reimbursement from the personal account:

5.1 Rust-club.com reimburses the unused funds on the personal account at the request of the user after the termination of the agreement for the use of the service rust-club.com. The user must terminate all agreements concluded by him, regardless of their number. The procedure for termination is described in the respective agreement.

5.2 The amount that rust-club.com will pay at the request of the user is the amount of unused funds on the user's personal account at the time of receipt of the request from the user and the termination of the agreement for the use of the service rust-club.com, minus deductions, which are charged by the payment system and / or bank when transferring refunds to the user.
Costs in the form of commissions, fees or other charges, which the bank and/or payment system withholds when transferring refunds, shall be borne by the User according to the rates of the selected means for refunds. Rust-club.com informs the amount of such deductions at the time of making a decision on the refund. If the amount of the refund to the User is less than the amount of withholdings, no refund will be issued.
Rust-club.com will transfer the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the user's request. Rust-club.com can perform the refund using the same payment system (payment method) used by the user to replenish his personal account, or to the user's bank account, if the payment method used or specified by the user does not provide for the possibility of refund.
5.3 When requesting a refund in connection with the termination of the agreement for the use of the service rust-club.com, the user must identify himself. The user must send an application for termination of the agreement on the use of the service rust-club.com and refund, the form of which rust-club.com will provide upon receipt of the user's request to terminate and refund.
At the request of the service rust-club.com user must attach the necessary documents, including a copy of the identity document, and documentally confirm the fact of making payments, as well as provide other documents that are necessary for the return (refund) of funds.
5.4 Rust-club.com may delay the execution and/or not satisfy the user's request for a refund (reimbursement) if (1) the user fails to provide all necessary documents for the refund, or (2) third parties have made claims regarding the amounts in the user's personal account (e.g. canceling a fraudulent payment or otherwise).
5.5 In order to prevent fraudulent transactions when making payments, including, but not limited to, using bank cards, and for investigation purposes, rust-club.com may verify all payments that are disputed by third parties. At the request of rust-club.com, the user must provide a copy of the document identifying his/her identity (passport or other, according to the requirements of rust-club.com), a copy of the document confirming the payment and/or a copy of both sides of his/her bank card (the card number, as well as CVC, CVV codes may be hidden, only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number and the name of its holder should be visible). The user provides such documents in electronic form according to the method of interaction used by the service rust-club.com and the user (support service of the service rust-club.com, email). If the user does not provide such documents within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of payment, or in case of any doubts regarding their authenticity from the date of request from rust-club.com, the service rust-club.com has the right to suspend the provision of game values to the user, including by blocking access to his personal account.
5.6. After rust-club.com receives from the user a statement of refusal/termination of the agreement on the use of the rust-club.com service, the user's personal account will be blocked.

6. Other conditions

6.1 The order of payments is an annex to the agreement for the use of the service rust-club.com and its integral part.
6.2 The order of payments can be changed and/or supplemented by the service rust-club.com at any time during its validity without prior notice to users. All changes and/or additions are posted by the service rust-club.com on the website rust-club.com and come into force from the moment of such posting. The user undertakes to familiarize himself with all changes and / or additions at least once every two calendar days.
